Not many people know about. Once again, I visit a remote rail haven, north of the OSU Campus area, near the intersections of Kenny and Henderson Roads…

The Depot Rail Museum and Event Center is entering its twelfth year of business. It is their hope to reignite the formerly held Train Festival. But until then, the Depot is open to the general public on Sundays from here until September.

Tim Batlzell, our tour guide and Operations Manager; give us a very nice tour of the former Brice, OH depot, the Car 100, the GNRR diner car White Pines Lake, and a scenic ride of the grounds on their 1/3 scale train.
Please visit the web site for further description.
I would highly recommend stopping there on a Sunday for the family; plus chat with Tim on event rental of this unique facility.
