An pandemic and a loss of a dear friend in 2020 did not stop this great event in 2021.

Just as Ohio N Scale Weekend was looking forward to be on schedule in 2020; the pandemic known as COVID-19 unleashed.

Previously to the pandemic; in early Spring 2020, former Central Ohio N-Trak president Dave Lindsey lost his bout with brain cancer.

This wasn’t not going to stop Central Ohio N-Trak to; in theory, try to have their 12th Ohio N Scale Weekend in May 2021.

Theory became reality.

Not only CONTRAK (as they are also known) host the event at the Franklin County Fairgrounds on Saturday May 15th; they had over 100 visitors outside of the nearly dozen train clubs participating.

Sunday May 16th looks to be an impressive day as they have folks visit on the last day of the event.

The participants and visitors alike felt it was a great tribute to Dave Lindsey. It was; as well, a great event for modelers and train buffs alike.

Here’s looking forward to a great finish for the 12th event. We are looking forward to the 2022 Ohio N Scale Weekend next May.
